Whether Skinker DeBaliviere will have its own Walgreen's continues to be up in the air.
The newly built Four Corners project will be dedicated on Saturday, October 16 from 1-1:30 p.m.
As a member of the Skinker-DeBaliviere Community Council, newly elected last spring, I was approached by some members of The Paper's staff to write a monthly article on the Council's meetings.
