Oldest neighborhood newspaper in St. Louis · Independent and all volunteer-run since 1970

Category: Back Issues

It was a cold sunny morning on Saturday, November 10th, and as 7:30 a.m. struck on St. Roch's Church clock, a big white truck with a huge red cross painted on it rolled into St. Roch's School yard.
The playground at Hamilton 3, which was a popular program in the neighborhood last year, and was to run through January this year, will not open at all.
Three trees, two sweet gums and a pin oak, have been planted in the Rosedale Neighborhood Association with money raised by the September paper drive.
At the same time, Team 4 is working out details of the site plan so that costs can be estimated for the project before submitting to the Department of Housing and Urban Development for approval.
As in the past, THE PAPER will not be published in January, to allow our staff to enjoy the Holidays.
The Fox, champion of the environment and defender of clean alleys, has struck again.
