The West End Arts Council sponsored its third annual Wintermarkt, an outdoor crafts and holiday festival held at Greg Freeman Park at Four Corners on December 6, 2003. Wintermarkt features works by area artists, including painters, photographers, jewelers, potters, glassblowers, woodcarvers and more.
