This is in reply of your letter of March 8, 1972, regarding the complaint relating to the handling of refuse cans by the city refuse collectors.
Three newly elected Board members and one newly reelected were seated at the March meeting of the Skinker-DeBaliviere Community Council.

The Rosedale-Skinker Improvement Association will hold its annual dinner meeting on June 2 at St. Roch's Church.
Four new representatives were elected to the Skinker-DeBaliviere Board of Directors and one appointment was confirmed at the WHN general meeting held Feb. 10.
The Rosedale-Skinker Association will schedule a meeting in late February or early March to elect two representatives to the board of the Skink er-DeBaliviere Community Council.
Prizes were 2 pizzas from Talayna's,box candy from Barry Drugs; and a gift certificate from Bookmasters.
Virgil (Jack) Wright, crime committee chairman, said the group was considering the formation of a mobile patrol in which area residents would conduct patrols in automobiles and report crimes to the police.
Kenneth Cohen, chairman of the Rosedale-Skinker Association is a young old-timer in the neighborhood.
