On October 28, 1990, seven jurors critiqued design proposals for sections of Delmar from the Wabash Station to Skinker as part of the 1990 charrette “Delmar Link: Edges and Connections” Winning plans will hopefully be on display at the Skinker DeBaliviere Community Council office in early 1991.
The charrette was sponsored by the St. Louis Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
