Great Rivers Greenway, along with many partnering organizations, is holding a design competition to envision the Chouteau Greenway — a missing link in the region’s infrastructure — which will connect Forest Park to the Gateway Arch, as well as neighborhoods to the north and south.
Four teams were chosen to develop concepts for this new greenway.
