St. Louis Area Agency on Aging will host a six-week workshop, “Live Like Your Life Depends On It – Healthy Living”, later this summer. Adults age 60 or older with long-term health conditions are invited to come learn from trained volunteer leaders and make a step-by-step plan to improve their health.
The workshop sessions are held each week for six weeks and last about two-and-a-half hours. Space is limited so to sign up or to find out more, contact the SDCC office at (314) 862-5122 or liz. pund@skinker-debaliviere.com.
