Rags-to-Riches, SkinkerDeBalivere’s annual neighborhood-wide yard sale, was held this year on Saturday August 24. Over 50 neighborhood residents held sales throughout the neighborhood. Business was brisk, as clear skies and high temperatures greeted sale participants and bargain hunters alike.

The warm weather drew a large crowd to the refreshment tent sponsored by the Roseldale Neighborhood Association and the Skinker-DeBaliviere Community Council at the Westminster/Skinker parking lot. Bratwurst, hot dogs and soft drinks were sold to raise funds for Rosedale and SDCC. Many thanks to all sale participants and volunteers who made this year’s event a great success!
