The Kingsbury Food Coop (KFC) is a non-profit organization established to provide high quality, low cost food to its members.

The KFC is located at Grace and Peace Fellowship, 6003 Kingsbury. Membership is primarily intended for residents of the Skinker-DeBaliviere neighborhood and surrounding churches.

The Coop distributes a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, bakery goods, frozen foods, grains seeds, oils and other staple items.

Each member household is assigned a job which usually amounts to a contribution of 3 hours per month. There is an annual membership fee of $4. Extra food is sold every Saturday morning at coop prices to the general public from 9 to 10 a.m.
