The Articles in the preceding two issues of The Paper, “Engaging the Whole Person” by Barbara Schmidt (May) and “Back to the Basics and Humanities” by Dan Shea (April) were funded by a grant from the Missouri Committee for the Humanities, a State Based Arm of the National Endowment for the Humanities.
The opinions and beliefs expressed in those articles, however, in no way reflected those of MCH or NEH. The Paper apologizes for its omission of this fact in publishing those articles.
