Beloved Owner — A Neighborly Reminder(英文)

此内容暂无简体中文译文,以下为英文原文。

Large dog portrait with a speech balloon asking its owner to use a leash and clean up.

Historical June 1979 report, notice or photographic feature. Original dates, prices, contacts and program details describe the source period; current availability has not been established.

Beloved owner, it’s that time of year again. Do us both a favor: don’t let me run unleashed. I frighten children, root up your neighbor’s petunias and endanger myself.

On the subject of excretions: they belong in our own back yard. If the mission is accomplished during our walk, it’s your responsibility to clean up after me. I belong to you and so do my by-products.

You owe it to your neighbors to see to it that their lawns are not dumping grounds and their kids are not infested with worms. You owe it to me to prevent my being labeled a public enemy.
