We sincerely appreciate the efforts that were put forth from our WHN residents in cleaning the lot and beautifying the corner of Des Peres and Kingsbury for the Mother’s Day Bar-BQue Social. We also thank Karen Busch for making the pretty WHN banner and Eric Smith for supplying the markers to Karen to decorate the banner. To all the servers and the residents who donated their time, food, money for bread and charcoal and to the clean-up crew — many, many thanks.
P.S. A special thanks to Horace Busch for preparing and cooking all of the meat. This guy seems to have an abundance of energy that never ceases.
