The neighborhood Crime Committee and the local police are asking all residents to display their street number clearly both on the front of their homes, and on the back of the house or garage. This will greatly simplify pinpointing the exact location when calls for help or for firemen are made.
Both nail-on metal numbers and press-on self adhesive numbers are available at hardware and stationery stores at reasonable cost. (A Paper staff member reports the stick on numbers have stayed on for 18 months with no problems.)
