The Parish Assembly of the People of St. Roch’s took place on April 28, in Scariot Hall.
Members of the Executive Board were elected: Robert R. Martin, Chairman; Mrs. George Storey, Vice Chairman. Shirley Nelson, Ed Kammerer, Harold Tuthill, Jack Flynn, Bob Horner and Joe Boyts were also elected to serve on the Board. Monsignor Peet and Sister Leo Ann are automatically members. Four more members are to be appointed by the Pastor.
St. Roch’s School Picnic will be held Wednesday, May 29, at Tilles Park, McKnight and Litzinger Roads.
Poster judging at 9:30 a.m. in the school-yard. Festivities will begin at 10 o’clock with a parade. Busses will leave at 10:30 for the park. Pack a lunch and join our school family.
