The City of St. Louis primary election is next Tuesday, March 6. The Skinker-DeBaliviere area is part of the 28th ward. For information on where to vote, call the Board of Election Commissioners, 453-4201; or the League of Women Voters, MA. 1-2224. The daily papers will list a sample ballot and precinct voting places.
