The March paper drive piled up the biggest totals yet. Seven thousand pounds of newspapers and magazines were collected and sold for $35. The money raised from all recycling projects is being put into a special fund with the Skinker-DeBaliviere Community Council and will be used for neighborhood projects.
THE NEXT PAPER DRIVE WILL BE ON SATURDAY, JUNE 3. Please put newspapers and magazines (tied in separate bundles about one foot high) on the curb in front of your home before noon.
