Then I would give a lot of money for the people of the neighborhood. For good trash cans enough for each family. Then for the trash cans I would make holders the back touches the wall and makes a circle around the front of the can, so they won’t spill. Tell everyone to write their names on the cans.
I would have everyones house sandpapered by machines to make them look good.
