There will be a contest and the overall winner will receive a valuable prize. (We’d tell you what it is but we don’t know yet!) Judging for the contest will be done by casting ballots in the form of pennies, nickels, or whatever people choose to offer in support of their favorites.

The entry with the highest amount of money in its collection box will be the winner.

This approach eliminates the difficult job of evaluating quality and encourages the purchase of glory and success.

All proceeds from the balloting will be deposited in the Rosedale Neighborhood Association account for use in the projects of the organization.
