Free grass seed is available on a firstcome, first-served basis to residents of the Skinker-DeBaliviere Neighborhood.
The grass seed can be picked up at the Community Council Office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The maximum of seed allotted for each resident is five pounds and there is a limited supply.
