To the editor: Before reading the December. 1979 edition of The Paper. I had thought the front page of a newspaper was supposed to report “news” in as objective a manner as possible. Your decision to use virtually the entire front page of that issue to lobby for a Bar and Restaurant, which, incidentally, 70% of the neighbors on your own block have expressed serious reservations about, is as biased an example of unnewspapership as I have had the misfortune to read.
