Hamilton Makes Plans for Red Carpet Week

January 1979

Historical January 1979 report or notice. Original dates, prices, programs and contacts describe the source period; current availability has not been established.

The week of February 20-23 is the annual Red Carpet Week. This week is the result of Title I schools in the NorthwestDistrict wanting to extend an open invitation to all parents and community persons to visit and observe our Title I programs and schools. As has been the custom at Hamilton, each day will feature some aspect of the school program. One day of this week will result in a special assembly with performances by students and invited guests. Mrs. George Rawls, the Administrative Assistant will coordinate the activities for the week and will be in charge of the special program for Red Carpet Week.

Everyone is welcome to come by and pay us a visit during this special week, and, of course, a visit from parents and community persons is welcomed at any time.
