Chris Thomas, a graduate student at St. Louis University, is working on a program designed to increase the use of the Operation Ident engraving tools in this neighborhood. Under the sponsorship of the Skinker-DeBaliviere Community Council, he will be contacting block leaders, church groups, etc. to encourage 100%, block by block, use of the Ident engravers in marking personal property as a theft preventive measure.
