Metropolitan newspapers reported in mid February a meeting of the Waterman Community Association, a neighborhood group working for traffic control between Union and Kingshighway, Delmar and Waterman. This is the area immediately east of Skinker-DeBaliviere and we wish the Waterman Community Association a long and successful life.
