Three new townhomes are being completed in Kingsbury Square. One is already sold and two are on the market. Interested purchasers would have the ability to pick out many of the features of their new homes. Susie Feinberg and Karleen Hoerr of Feinberg Realty are the sales agents.
These homes will each have 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths.
There is an attached 2 car garage and a full dining room.
The selling price of the two remaining units is about $135,000. Various upgrades are available.
