The City of St. Louis is pledged to stop non-residents who come into the city to dump old appliances and other trash. City residents are asked to help in this campaign by calling 911 for incidents in progress. Be prepared to report the vehicle license number and description.
Then call the Citizens Service Bureau which will send a copy of your report to the Trash Task Force for investigation. You may be eligible for a $100 reward if the suspect is convicted.
