Looking for that perfect whatchamacallit? Want to get rid of your thingamajig? Now’s your chance. Rags to Riches is back!!
The Ultimate Yard Sale Extravaganza will be held on Saturday, September 16, 1995, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. That specific date was chosen because The Great Forest Park Balloon Races are held that same weekend and college students are returning to their empty dorm rooms and apartments. Thus, it is the perfect opportunity to find a home for your treasures.
If you would like to participate, gather your stuff together and mail your check to Rosedale Neighborhood Association, 6008 Kingsbury. Early registration fee is $10.00, $15.00 the day of the sale.
There will also be a barbecue and bake sale on Kingsbury Animal Hospital’s parking lot during the sale.
For more information call SDCC at 862-5122. Volunteers are also needed to staff the bake sale/barbecue.
Call us if you can help. So let everyone know what a great neighborhood this is by supporting Rags to Riches!!
