Our neighborhood in Transition is the theme—Come to the Revue.
Songs, dance, skits and laughs make up the evening —Come to the Revue.
Talent from our own neighborhood becomes the cast —Come to the Revue.
Laugh as Mike (Harold Tuthill) tries to explain to Smythe (Bob Martin) Who’s on First!
Hear Peter (Mark McMahon) sing, “Come to Me My Inner-City Baby ‘Cause I’m Afraid to Come to You” and Sally (Tina Renard) express loyalty to the City as she sings back, “I like buildings all around me; I like faces, red, yellow, brown; the city’s fine babe, it’s like old wine, babe, so baby, Sally lives in town.” (Can you guess the tune?)
Watch Sister Leo Ann bait a burglar and Steve Vossmeyer run down a pursesnatcher.
It will all unfold before your very eyes as you relax at tables, eating pretzels, drinking beer or soda, and being entertained by the neighborhood, in the neighborhood and for the neighborhood.
Script by Jean Eberle; Directed by Rita Sweets; Produced by St. Roch’s.
Join us for a good, fun-filled Spring evening; Sing along from “Meet in St. Louis” to “Our Neighborhood A to Z”.
Win a door prize or raffle (such as a catered, Lasagne dinner for 12 prepared by Henry Christopher).
