As many of our neighbors have already learned, Des Peres Branch has a new head librarian.
The newly built Four Corners project will be dedicated on Saturday, October 16 from 1-1:30 p.m.
The Des Peres Library is attempting to have a showing of the complete film "Roots," by Alex Haley, if at least 10 adults (over 18) will agree to attend for six evenings.
During the Week of the Young Child, April 3-10, Grace Pre-School pupils will have art work on display at Des Peres Library and in the Rotunda at the Old Court House.
The Teenage division of the Youth Dramatics Program sponsored by the Skinker-DeBaliviere Community Council will present a CABARET at the Des Peres Branch, 5960 Kingsbury at Des Peres, Saturday, April 9th at 4 pm.
First of all, Des Peres Branch will be feeling sad during April because we will be losing Phil Newbill.
