The first seed money obtained for the triangle area redevelopment program in the DeBaliviere-DeGiverville area is being used for a market survey required by HUD when the redevelopment proposal is submitted. The proposal, including a market survey and feasibility study, should be submitted to HUD by mid-summer. The proposal is being handled by Kingsbury Redevelopment Corporation, a subsidiary of the SDCC.
