On December 3, 2012 Tim Dolan, Director of Weatherization at the Urban League of St. Louis, led a Skinker DeBaliviere community workshop on the topics of weatherization and energy efficiency.
Residents from around the neighborhood learned about the City’s free weatherization program and received practical tips about making their homes more energy efficient for both the hot and cold weather seasons.
The Urban League accepts applications for their FREE Weatherization Assistance Program year-round.
If you are a renter or propertyowner interested in learning more information about the program (including eligibility requirements), please contact Melissa Davenport at mdavenport@urbanleague-stl.org or (314) 615-3646. You can also pick up an application at the SDCC Office (6008 Kingsbury Ave.).
