After the successful summer exhibit on the human face, Bill Christman and Keith Spoeneman will host “The Art of the Sign” at Ars Populi, 6010 Kingsbury.

The exhibit will feature signs from collections in St. Louis and throughout the U.S.

Some will date back to the 19th century; some will be from the golden age of signs, the 1930s and 40s.

There will be large neon signs that are 10 feet tall.

The exhibit will open in Nov.

On Nov. 26 and 27, Bill will sign copies of his new book, “A Sign Painter’s Scrapbook.” This exhibit has been years in the making.

There will be a small charge – $2 for adults, $1 for kids 16 and under.
