September 19, 2011 – IRON Kids is a cooking competition between five teams of children who have completed the Discovering Options after-school program.
Each of the five teams is led by a local chef.
Each team has planned, tested and created their submission which will be prepared for you to sample at the event.
Each submission will be voted on and winning teams will win dinner at the sponsoring restaurant.
In addition to the Iron Kids competition, your ticket price includes 2 drink tickets, samples of the kids creations, plus appetizers by Home Wine Kitchen, food-themed live and silent auctions.
