No Spitting on the Floor is Marvin Nodiff’s second novel, again focusing on the world of community associations, with all its interesting connections.

The condo attorney Joshua Flyer discovers a body on the floor of the State Capitol rotunda. Was she pushed or did she jump? So a heated governor’s race, powerful lobbyists, and lots of juicy scandal are uncovered as he tries to recapture his reputation – and solve the possible crime. Marvin read from his book at Left Bank Books on March 16, and the book is available there. Celebrating this occasion were many neighbors and friends, including Shirley Bissen and Peter Lucawicz, shown to the left with Linda Nodiff.
