The annual Martin Luther King Jr. Commemoration will be held on February 12, 2006,at 3:00 pm at Grace and Peace Church on Delmar at Clara. Pastor Kurt Lutjens is opening his church to this event. Groups of children from Bethel School, Grace and Peace, Hamilton, and St. Roch will present readings and skits.
The choirs from Grace and Peace and New Cote Brilliante Church of God will perform.
The theme will center around youth who had been involved in the Civil Rights Movement or youth affected by the dream. Everyone is welcome to attend.
