5911 Waterman PHIL & LYN LODHOLZ Another 1st year garden, designed to be multi-functional: low maintenance gravel and concrete parking pad on the east side of the garage and a hidden service area to the west. Matching upper and lower porches with wrought iron railing overlook a garden intended to be “barbeque-perfect” with low-maintenance annuals, perennials and shrubs, punctuated by what Phil calls “container-mania”.
