Golf course negotiations are proceeding slower than expected and while there is still a remote possibility that construction could start in September, in all probability it won’t occur until Spring, if then.
As you can probably infer, there are many items remaining to be resolved with the golf course project.
In any event, the connection from Forsyth, via Lagoon Drive, to DeBaliviere has been open for several months.”
