On Saturday, May 3, the Skinker DeBaliviere neighborhood will be transformed as you and your neighbors clean debris from alleys and lots, plant flowers and in general, “Spruce Up.” Our Skinker DeBaliviere Community Council Beautification Committee will meet Saturday, March 22, to make plans for the event.
All residents are welcome to come to this meeting and share your ideas and concerns.
This year the Skinker DeBaliviere Community Council office will be a drop – off point for grass seed from the Urban League as well as the Blitz Day flowers, tools and bags. More information will be mailed soon from Operation Brightside to our block captains.
This is the 15th Anniversary of Operation Brightside – let’s make sure our neighborhood celebrates accordingly!
