The first Landlord Forum, cosponsored by the Neighborhood Stabilization Office and the Skinker DeBaliviere Apartment Owners Association will be held Monday, April 15, 6 p.m., in the beautiful church hall at St. Roch (6052 Waterman). Ample parking to the rear of the church is provided (enter the hall from the parking lot).
