A special location and interesting food will highlight the annual Times of Skinker DeBaliviere fundraising party on Saturday, February 25th.

The party and open house will be held at Westminster Company’s DeBaliviere Place West from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

This will be a good chance for neighbors to see how the old, abandoned buildings of Nina Place have been turned into spanking new, clean, and bright condominiums. We’ll be partying in the two display models at Waterman Avenue and Nina Place.

This party will also be a showcase for the many restaurants in our neighborhood. We’re inviting the restaurants to donate a few dozen hors d’oeuvres for all of us to sample. We’re fortunate to have a wide variety of cuisine available around us, and hope that party goers will like the hors d’oeuvres so much they’ll also sample the restaurant.

The Times Board asks a $7.50 donation per person at the door.

The funds raised through donations are used to pay the typesetting and printing costs that advertising doesn’t cover.

A cash bar will be available.

We hope that many of our readers will be able to attend!
