This summer the Community Council will be offering free weatherization services to eligible families in the Skinker-DeBaliviere Neighborhood.
To qualify one must be 62 years old or have an annual family income of no more the $18,600 based on a family of four. Weatherization services to be offered on a first come, first served basis will include weatherstripping and caulking. Both homeowners and tenants are eligible.
