Our heartiest thanks to Mr. James Tidwell for being a beautiful neighbor. On his own he has seeded and/or fertilized lawns, dug gardens, and helped distribute grass seed received for the Block Unit from City Beautification. With this kind of neighbor and block leader, we’re all sure to have beautiful yards. Thanks, Mr. Tidwell. From Residents 5800 DeGiverville/Westminster
