The Missouri State Savings and Loan Commission on October 20, unanimously overruled the protest of New Age Federal Savings & Loan and approved the previous order granting the charter by the state of Missouri for the proposed Central West End Savings and Loan.
If no further action is instituted, the Central West End Savings and Loan would begin organizational efforts.
Tom Scatizzi, chairman of the Board of Incorporators, restated that this new association would work together with New Age Federal. Savings & Loan and hope that a mutually workable solution can be found quickly.
