I wish to make the neighborhood aware that the facilities of the Hamilton Branch No. 3 School are available for use by groups or organizations. Applications for building permits will be reviewed by this office for approval. Once approved, applications will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis.
Please be guided by the following directive:
The use of elementary school buildings on week nights, Monday thru Friday, during the school year 1977-1978 will be funded by a grant arranged by the Community Development Agency, according to the following schedule:
Elementary schools with one custodian may be opened for use on two nights a week, Monday thru Friday, without charge, excepting school holidays.
The use of elementary schools on additional nights per week, Monday thru Friday (in the case of schools with only one custodian), and on Saturday and Sunday, will be permitted only upon payment of $11.00 per hour.
The Hamilton Branch No.3 is hoping that community groups of all kinds will take advantage of this opportunity.
If the school may be of further service please feel free to call on us at any time.
Very truly yours,
ROGER J. MICK Principal Hamilton Branch School No. 3 450 Des Peres Avenue
