The Cherokee Community Center Pool has again been reserved for Skinker-De Baliviere children on Wednesday evenings from 7-9 starting in October. Lessons by qualified Red Cross instructors are the first hour followed by free swim. Children from 5-16 years of age are welcome. They must be at least 48 inches tall. Everyone must provide their own transportation to the center at 3200 S. Jefferson. Many area families form car pools. Why not get one together on your block?
