The Senior girls are trying to decide if their school schedules will permit them to have a Cookie Booth this year. If they do, we’ll tell you where in case you have eaten all the cookies you orderd by that time.
We have been debating about where to go this summer—travel and eating being so expensive (we could do a neat Amtrac trip if we just didn’t need to eat along the way.) The No. 1 idea at present is to go to Chicago to see the exhibit of the treasures of Tutankhamun. The exhibit will be at the Field Museum from April 15— August 15 and will not be coming to St. Louis. Of course there are a lot of other interesting things to do in Chicago. So Amtrak will still be part of the fun.
We welcome Jerry Nettles as a new member of the troop.
