New Community Health Council for the Clinic

February 1977

From The Times Archives

Historical February 1977 reporting. Health information, services, fees and meeting dates describe the original period, not current medical guidance or availability.

In recent elections, the People’s Clinic has selected members of the Community Health Council to govern the Clinic for next year.

Community representatives are: Irene Baron, William Bolden, Margaret Dahline, Robert Hagood, Mary Alice Krueger, James Parker, Sue Sante and Dee Vossmeyer. Volunteer representatives are Johnna Autry, Jim Breitmeyer, Arline Burgdorf, Peg McComb, Mimi Newsham, Maggie Noonan, and Jean Roberts.

It is good to note that a number of the volunteer workers are also community residents—but you can only get elected in one category! Continuity in planning is assured, also: Irene Baron, William Bolden, Robert Hagood, Mary Alice Krueger, Arline Burgdorf, and Maggie Noonan are serving second terms.

Officers of the Community Health Council will be selected at their first meeting, yet to be scheduled.
