Our Scout reporter was busy at camp when this issue of The Paper was being prepared, so Scout News will be deferred until our October issue. “Reliable sources” did say that they assumed all troops would be meeting regularly by mid-September and that meeting times and places were probably the same as last year. Look for a full report in October.
