The Skinker-DeBaliviere Community Council in its meeting May 19, 1975, approved the sale to Pantheon Corporation of redevelopment rights held by Kingsbury Redevelopment Corporation. The agreement between these parties allows for neighborhood input concerning the redevelopment through an advisory committee made up of area representatives. During this summer, a committee of the SDCC will develop plans for this advisory committee, which will become a standing committee of the Council when finally formed.
