Summer 1974
The Paper wishes to extend condolences to the children in the St. Louis Public Schools on the vote of “no confidence” expressed by the St. Louis voting public on June 6, when the school tax increase was laid to rest. It is truly a great loss, which will be felt by many, for a long time to come.
