On May 9, 1974, the St. Louis Federation of Block Units Community Organization Department of the Urban League of St. Louis, Inc., organized the 6000 block of Washington as Block #663 Area A. Election of officers was as follows: Maverine Wilson, Chairman; Alberta Jackson, Vice-Chairman; Dorothy Jackson, Secretary; Jean Kitchen, Ass’t Secretary; Theresa Hickey, Treasurer.
Election of officers will be completed at the next meeting on June 6, 1974, at 7 p.m. at the Skinker-DeBaliviere Community Council office, 6008 Kingsbury.
